Things to see

City of Šibenik

A  remarkably preserved mediaeval historical town with two UNESCO World Heritage sites.  Renovated fortresses overlooking the city offer an intriguing glimpse into the history as well as a gorgeous view of the city and the surrounding archipelago.

The spectacular Renaissance cathedral of st. James is well worth a visit, make sure you take a close look at the stone portraits carved on the Facade of the cathedral.

Krka National Park

This unique national park near the town of Skradin is known for its amazing nature, especially the beautiful waterfalls – the most famous are Skradinski buk and Roški slap. You can explore the park area by some of the tour boats, but we recommend you do it on foot – you get the better chance to explore the park, and walking the wooden bridges over the clear Krka waters is a unique experience. The best time for visit is of course during the spring, when the nature is really blossoming.

Kornati islands

Kornati archipelago with 89 uninhabited small islands is one of the wonders of Croatian Adriatic. This national park is a real nautical paradise of untouched nature, with clear and clean waters of unique colors and ambiance.

The islands form numerous small, peaceful bays where you can stop, take a swim, relax and enjoy. If you want to escape the crowd and stress of everyday life, this is the ideal place. You can take a whole day to enjoy Kornati and recharge your batteries.

City of Split

The city of Split is famous for its biggest attraction – the ancient, 1,700 years old imperial Roman Palace of Diocletian. Listed on the UNESCO list of World Heritage, this place has become increasingly popular in the last few years as one of the Croatian filming locations for “Game of Thrones”. The palace has provided the perfect spots for filming, with its historic complex of narrow streets, unique substructures and cellars. The city also offers the beautiful stone beaches, especially the ones around Marjan hill, which is the green oasis of the city.

City of Trogir

With long history dating from the Roman times, rich heritage and impressive architecture, Trogir is practically an outdoor museum.

The entire old city of Trogir is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its spectacular Cathedral and interesting medieval architecture, narrow streets and Kamerlengo fortress.
