Rogoznica has an amazing coastline that is more than 50 km long. It is filled with numerous beautiful pebble stone and natural stone beaches – so you can choose your favorite one, relax and enjoy in the sun and the crystal clear sea. While some of the beaches are just in front of houses, some of the most beautiful ones are hidden in surrounding bays and they are completely natural, unaffected by the buildings of any kind. With just a short walk outside the town buildings, you can find amazing natural beach spots and enjoy this Adriatic paradise.

Go cycling

The area surrounding Rogoznica is  criss-cross with marked cycling and hiking paths. You can explore old path  around the local vineyards and breathe in the scent of Mediterranean plants that are abundant in this region.

Ancient stone walls marking the farm plots bear Testament to the industrious spirit of the local people. Along the way you can see some magnificent vistas overlooking  the countryside with surrounding Islands.

Take a day trip

Rogoznica is perfectly situated in the heart of Dalmatia, so you can reach all the amazing locations in the region in just a few hours. The places you can visit include as many as four national parks with fantastic nature. The closest are Krka with beautiful waterfalls and Kornati islands archipelago, and also not far you can find the famous Plitvice lakes, Velebit mountains and Paklenica. One of the top attractions in Rogoznica is hidden in the beautiful world of underwater landscapes. Ships from WWII and even from Roman times have found their last destination in these waters, so you can explore them with the assistance of numerous diving clubs that you can find in the town. And you don’t need to have a diving experience to enjoy this unique activity: professional instructors will help you even if you are a beginner.
