Villa Diomedes is a family house with a total capacity to host up to 11 persons (7+4).
The house consists of a total of three floors (Souterrain, Ground and 1st floor).
On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace with sea-view. The first room has two large single beds and the 2nd bedroom has a king-sized double bed. The terrace has a nice swing chair to help you relax and enjoy the view.
The ground floor consists of a kitchen with dining room, a living room with a large sofa which opens into a normal 2 person bed (160×200). Additionally, the ground floor has a separate toilet, an additional bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom for 3 persons – a double bunk-bed with a double bed on the floor and above a one-person bed.
All mentioned bedrooms have 32 inch television with a Netflix connection. The living room has a 55 inch television.
The Souterrain is foreseen to be the relaxing part of the home, it consists of three separate entities:
- A bathroom with bath for relaxing
- Space with a couch which folds open into a 2-person bed and is planned as a relaxing gaming area with a 40 inch TV, playstation 4 and the most relevant games.
- Space where guests can take a session in the 2-person sauna, use the elliptical, practice pilates, or just relax on the rocking chairs while smaller children are playing in the small part foreseen of elementary kids toys.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the whole house.
On the outside next to the kitchen there is a “summer” kitchen with a large barbecue, and a terrace for outside dining in the shade.
On the other side of the living room is the swimming pool. It has a surface of 30m2 and a depth of 1,5m. next to the swimming pool you can relax in the garden furniture and the swimming pool sun-beds.
There is also an additional toilet next to the swimming pool as well as a shower. The Panorama of the Adriatic is beautiful from this part of the house.
Villa Diomedes has 4 mountain bikes on its property and vespa scooter which can be used by the guests at no cost at own peril.
The house is an 11-minute walk away from Punta Planke, also called Diomedes’ Cape which is the most outstretched coastal point on the eastern Adriatic. It provides a beautiful view of the sea and the sunsets are amazing.
Two beaches are located on respectively 3 and 5 minute walks.
